The Indian Youth Climate Network (IYCN) is a network uniting Indian youth and youth oriented organisations who are concerned about climate change & environment issues. IYCN works to generate awareness about and establish consensus on what role India should play in the global debate of climate change, and how it should address its domestic issues.
IYCN has active members in 16 states of the country and has partner networks/ organisations in other states of India. Registered in July 2009, IYCN has approximately 200 coordinators and volunteers with outreach to thousands of youth in colleges, schools, corporations and institutions in India.

350.org is an international campaign that’s building a movement to unite the world around solutions to the climate crisis–the solutions that science and justice demand.Their focus is on the number 350–as in parts per million CO2. If we can’t get below that, scientists say, the damage we’re already seeing from global warming will continue and accelerate. But 350 is more than a number–it’s a symbol of where we need to head as a planet.

In its 30 years of existence, TERI has completed more than 2600 projects.The Institute’s Director General Rajendra Pachauri is also the chairman of theawarded IPCC.
